Welcome to Alliberri Cleaners LLC. By booking our residential or commercial cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Alliberri Cleaners LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services exclusively in West Palm Beach, Florida. Services are customized based on your needs and agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: Services are charged either per job or hourly, depending on the task. The total cost will be confirmed before the service is rendered.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit and debit cards, as well as online payment options.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Services will not be confirmed until payment is received.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Fee: A $55 cancellation fee applies if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service date.
  • Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule their service with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are required to prepare the property before the cleaning appointment. This includes securing pets, removing fragile or valuable items, and providing clear access to areas requiring cleaning.
  • Failure to prepare the property may result in delays or an inability to complete the service.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our services. If you are dissatisfied with the initial cleaning, we will return to your location and perform a re-clean at no additional cost. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the completed service.

6. Recurring Plans

Customers opting for recurring cleaning plans will receive consistent services on a predetermined schedule. Terms, including frequency and pricing, will be agreed upon at the time of enrollment.

7. Insurance and Liability

  • Alliberri Cleaners LLC is fully insured for damages and accidents that may occur during the cleaning process.
  • While we exercise utmost care, we are not responsible for damage to items that are improperly secured or for pre-existing conditions.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, resolution will follow one of these methods:

  1. Mediation: A neutral third party will help resolve the issue.
  2. Arbitration: A binding decision will be made by an arbitrator.
  3. Small Claims Court: For unresolved disputes, legal action may be pursued in small claims court in Florida.

9. Limitations of Liability

  • Alliberri Cleaners LLC is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather or emergencies.
  • Our liability is limited to the total value of the service provided.

10. Policy Updates

Alliberri Cleaners LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically.
